By specialising in behaviour support, autism, and related capacity-building interventions, we bring deep expertise, contemporary best practice, and a high level of clinical skill to every participant we support.

Our approach is grounded in the Constructional Approach to Positive Behaviour Support, which means we focus on building meaningful skills, improving quality of life, increasing choice and independence, and creating environments where people can thrive. Rather than simply trying to reduce behaviours of concern, we work alongside participants, families, and support teams to understand what a good life looks like for that person and develop practical strategies to help them achieve it.

Our Director is an Independent Specialist with the NSW Department of Communities and Justice (DCJ), bringing extensive experience in restrictive practice regulation, safeguarding, consent, human rights, and legislative compliance. This expertise provides participants, families, providers, and support teams with confidence that recommendations are both clinically sound and aligned with current legal and regulatory requirements.

Because we are specialists, our participants receive support from clinicians who are passionate about behaviour support and committed to achieving lasting, meaningful outcomes. We don't spread ourselves across dozens of different service areas. We focus on what we know best, allowing us to provide the depth of expertise, quality, and attention that participants deserve. Our goal is simple: to help people build the skills, opportunities, and supports they need to live a good life on their own terms.
